NORTH-AM HR Professional Services Organization, formally known as HF Pro Services, was established by a team of talented professionals involved in services, management, and financial businesses since 2010. Operating since 2013, we initially provided scaled support to numerous small businesses, both profit and non-profit. Over time, our activities expanded, leading to the formal registration of the corporation.
Structure
Our organization comprises 4 board members, an Executive Director, an accountant, an administrator, 14 freelance translators/interpreters available by appointment, 4 Settlement Coordinators accessible on-call and present in the office three days a week, and 6 volunteers.
Purpose
Our primary objective is to meet diverse service demands, especially for small to medium-sized businesses and profit/non-profit organizations. Translation/interpretation services constitute a significant part of our offerings, aiding clients, including newcomers, in various settings like medical appointments, legal affairs, and government-related matters.
Additionally, since 2018, we have actively participated in refugee settlement and sponsorship alongside two prominent organizations, North-Am Immigration Organization and AfCan Charitable Organizations, collaborating through established MoUs to provide extensive settlement and sponsorship services.
Milestones/Accomplishments
Since 2013, our organization has been serving various community needs, including translation/interpretation, business establishment, job creation, financial assistance for newcomers in tax and accounting matters, and raising $18,000 in donations to aid needy families in Toronto, Ontario. We’ve partnered with North-Am Immigration Organization and AfCan Charitable Organizations, settling and integrating refugees into Canada.

North-Am HR Pro Services serves as a comprehensive resource for HR consultation, refugee sponsorship, settlement and legal services, and empowering newcomer youth in Canada. We facilitate business establishment, job creation, and encourage business expansions across locations. Recent partnerships with restaurants have led to the expansion of their business chains in GTA and Newmarket. Our income primarily derives from providing translation/interpretation services to clients, often paid by insurance companies. Furthermore, we offer technical support to North-Am Wholesale car dealership for vehicle resale in local markets across Canada and the USA.
Currently, we are overseeing the management and operations of the newly established franchise restaurant, House of Burrito & Meat, with its first location in Burlington, Ontario, set to open on October 15th this year. Before the year concludes, we aim to open four additional locations in GTA.
We extend our gratitude for the support received from North-Am Immigration Organization, providing us office space in Mississauga, boosting our eligibility and enhancing work transparency, leading to more professional and effective operations.
